the poster EXCEL has had a great month and many other good months

there will be people whom will be dissappointed if he does not recieve some very nice recognition at some point

gold this isnt make or brake and it is not a threat so dont take it as such

more lets just say some important people think its the right thing to do and will be happy if it gets done
