Go to a meat market...we got them all over here in Illinois....My dad also killed a couple this past year, and has a freezer full of steaks...ground venison...sticks...delicous.

Yeah, I have some in the frig now, I guess they should sell it at the meat market, but my dad is a deer hunter. Really good meat especially if you know how to get down with the gravy
