If I was a NBA GM
The last thing I would want to do is sign Lebron. Lebron will just sign a 3 or 4 year deal, you'll be in the same process again. You can get just as good free agents in this class, put them together and win a championship. Sure you might not have "the king".

But the king wants everything on his terms, and its a joke. Sign the players that you can control you can't control Lebron.

    Avoid Lebron like the plague!!

Lebron can't win on his own. Just the way it is... He's not as good as people make him out to be. He's athletic and gifted but he's not the total package.

I'd rather see Bosh and Johnson together than Lebron.

See management is about control and signing Lebron is giving up control. He will eventually want ownership, and you won't want to sell and so he'll go elsewhere and it will cost you millions. You can win, and you can win without Lebron.

Lebron has proved he's loyal to himself and only to himself. Kobe's been a Laker from day one. MJ was a Bull until he retired 2x and came back only because he thought his team was dog'n it. All the greats were loyal to there teams, there was no talk of 3 years and I'll be doing this FA stuff again...

Kobe stood in a parking lot and demanded to be traded --

MJ was surrounded by a very good team (they were a 55 win team w/o him) from the start --

Sorry I don't swing from "the self annointed" Kings nutsack.

The only thing great about Lebron is his athletic ability.

The last thing I would want to do is give Lebron's camp the keys to the franchise for 3 years... 6-10 years, I get that, but not 3-4 year shit.

You just flat out dont get it.

There has never been a basketball player built like lebron. He is entering his prime. He is the ONLY player I want to come to the bulls.

Lebron is a top 3 player in basketball. There is no reason why you don't want him on your team. If you can't get Wade or Kobe, Lebron is the next and only guy to go after. No one is on the level of these three. Forget about the fact that he's selfish and a little bitch. He needs to be lead. If he goes to the Nicks they will be nothing. He needs to go to a place that will straighten his ass up like a Pat Riley or another floor general someone like Ray Allen.

Lebron and Wade will dominate the next 5 championships. The Lakers dynasty will come to an end after this year when they get to the finals. If Kobe's gonna win 6 it has to be next year. Wade and Bron time is now. Wade first

who is to say he will only get a 3-4 year deal? I think for sure he'll get a 6 year deal.

his situation will for sure be a better situation than the cleveland one....

Lebron has stated he will want to do this again in 3-4 years. He does not want a long term deal, he wants to leave the door open to re-evalute his options at a later date.

Lebron isn't the best player in the league. Lebron is a diva. There is a reason why he won't win. You need two people to win championships

                          wade/shaq
                          MJ/pippen
                          kobe/shaq
                          kobe/gasol

you get the picture... Lebron quit on his team in the playoffs!!!!! Tell me why if he's such a good player he didn't just take over. he's not that good. Everyone thinks he's the best player in the game right now and he isn't. He's a top talent.

He doesn't have a great 3 point shot...he drives to the lane gets fouled (nba refs protect him) and he tries to make layups. Hell Lebron past 15 ft is a joke. He's got a very weak jumpshot.

Everyone year, everyone talks about how good he is and every year, I laugh when I watch the nba finals laughing at who isn't there...

I root against Lebron ever since that Chicago game where he was dancing and Noah was like "Cut it out". When you see Kobe, Jordan, or any of the other superstars of past doing that bs? I was not amused.

There are people who are ahead of the curve, and tend to be successful and do well and people who aren't ahead of the curve and just don't quiet ever make it to there potential.

Lebron, hasn't reached his potential. He's not even the best player in the league and people call him the king. Guy can't shoot past 15 ft.

doesn't get called for his travels and charges. so players generally get out of his way. who wants to play with him. not many i would guess. winning overrated. players only care about contracts.

Who ever said Lebron can win by himself?? He played by himself the last seven years in Cleveland (and if he signs with Cle he will spend the rest of his career the same way)

Kobe couldn't win by himself; Magic didn't, Jordan didn't; Bird didn't..

However, the fact remains, if you are building a team to Win Lebron IS part of the solution.

IF Cleveland loses Lebron they will not make the playoffs, there is not much talent on that team. Lebron was a one man show. IF he gets any talent around him watch out.

Lebron can't shoot past 15 feet, and his Free throws aren't the greatest.

Lebron cares too much about being liked to being the King. Nobody will dethrone MJ. Lebron ain't even close.

Go play with Bosh and Wade, just means you can't win on your own team. Lebron is soft, and this whole FA period will show it.

If he goes to Chicago, he wants to win, if He goes to NY or stays with the Cavs then the guy wants to win, and be the best and run his team. Otherwise he's just a sidekick in Miami
