There are very few books that the majority of posters feel the same about, rather good or bad and this is not one of them. Many swear by them, many feel that they are not deserving of there rating for so many reasons.

What are the "so many reasons" as you refer to? The only problem I have with them is customer service but overlook it because I feel my money is safest at this book.

I look at it this way, if you play at an A+ book you do not have to worry about it because if something would happen SBR would have to pay you because they guarantee these high level books.

I like there betting options. On the other hand, too many people have complained about there customer service, maybe I should just change the language from so many reasons to for everyone that loves them there is someone who says they can go to hell because the customer service is just that bad.

Hopefully this was a mistake and not a daily practice because that sounds like straight up thievery.
