it would really be nice if i could just forget how much i was stuck lifetime and let it go, but its hard

anyone have any Tips beyond, "live well"

Wish i could just let past losses go but i always think well im stuck 20k lifetime so i got sum work to do, then i just end up chasing and farther down.

Just need to have a new beginnign or something and get some discipline, but its impossible for me.

    sorry for the rant

Think of it as a $20,000 life lesson. You're not going to get anywhere looking backward.

Focus on the future. Your life starts now.

        First,,,,,,

        Open up an Excel spreadsheet.....

input EVERY baseball, football, hockey, and basketball game played each night

        Home, Away, Over, Under....
        Home Win...Home Loss...Away Win...Away Loss
        Home Over...Home Under...Away Over...Away Under

Study the spread sheet every night.....

With experience ...the profit potential investments will become
        readily apparent....

Then use justifiable modifications when the situations become known...

use a modified 3 game chase with a loss unit recovery strategy mechanism
in place.......with simultaneous risk management principles integrated with
        the chase profit vehicle....

Do this...and you will be just fine....

The average person will NOT do this ....cause its seems like " WORK "

        they want something for nothing.......

        Good Luck Sir.....

GA meetings? If your stuck an obviously meaningful amount at gambling just quit and walk away. Even cent you earn without gambling is making up your losses.

Quitting isn't the solution. Fixing your mistakes and learning how to win is a better once if you want to.

                1) Record keeping can be very helpful, as mentioned above.
                2) Goal-setting is also an extremely useful tool. Don't try to win it all back at once.

However, it all comes down to discipline. Not everyone is cut out for gambling, so regardless of what you decide to do, time off might be a great idea to clear your head.
