Yes, it will be a New York State Lottery scratch off ticket, you can redeem them in at any New York Lottery Agent up to $600 and any amounts higher you would need to head to the main Lottery office in Brooklyn and claim your ticket there and submit your photo ID.

In the future, if any of our winners live outside of New York and they win, they can send in their ticket to the payments office by mail and they will mail you a check for the winnings if no more than $600 and if more than $600, maybe mail to them a copy of your photo ID with your winnings claim.

I don't know how to set up the contest to show the weekly standings so we will award the prizes for weekly by manually grading it and of course whoever is leading at the end of the contest wins the Grand Prize.

No minimum number of weekly picks to win the Grand Prize but you will need to make weekly picks in order to win the weekly prizes for most units won for each week.
