This Rays team will probably be no hit 2 more times this year. It's hardly the story of the year. The only story is that a team which was has been perfect gamed twice in the last year now gives up a no hitter to a guy who will probably be out of baseball in 2 years, and who was in trouble the entire game. My grandfather had been watching baseball since 1938 and he told me after the game, that to allow Jackson to through a no-no while having him on the ropes all night was the most pathetic offensive performance he's seen in over 70 years of watching baseball.

In little league I pitched a no hitter and struck out 15 out of 18 batters. I also walked 10 kids. I'd say my no hitter was more impressive.
