I know this question has been asked before, but have never seen a clear answer.
From which book on sbrodds.com are the percentages associated too?

Is it just one book, or an average of several books.
I do believe when the percentages were first introduced they were associated with 5Dimes.
Can anyone clarify?

Correct, SBR Odds still only uses 5Dimes for the percentages.
