Can you have one drink at lunch or in the middle of the day to loosen you up or does that one drink lead your day down a slippery slope?

There are days when I know this is the case for me so I have to pass. Other days, one beer is just enough. Its hard to say no sometimes though. I am very easily influenced by my surroundings.Originally posted by 2daBankno such thing as "one drink" for meComment
