I'm going to look and see what I come up with.

I believe she will still get child support but not alimony, depending on what state/country they file in. The more I think about it, the more I seem to remember this to be the case. Not with these two but with divorces involving a large financial settlement in general. The initial settlement will be a division of property, his future expected earnings, etc... and will most likely constitute her entire payout. But I don't think you can lump sum child support. I'm pretty confident about that but of course I could be wrong.
