depends on how you want to live and how much you have? If I had a small amount and wanted to live like a king i would live in Costa Rica. If I had alot of money and wanted to live like a king I would move to Costa Rica.

New Zealand is too cold, too expensive and too Kiwi altogether.

Some great areas in Manila but its a bit large. I would need an English speaking place like Manila or New Zealand.
