I agree with Louis, mainly if one of the other tenants goes to the police and does a legal complaint and within it they note that the owner was informed and nothing was done. This can get pretty serious.

Unforunately, in the United States the police and justice department arrest anyone they want, and then after a lot of headaches and expense the defendent finds out in court if they should have been arrested.

So even if someone is not guilty, it is sometimes necessary to create evidence to proove it so any charges would be dropped as rapidly as possible.

What is happening is he is a male hooker which is ok but that is grounds to remove and evict him. Jimmy all you do is set up some camera in his place and watch the guys fuk each other for like 2 days and then show him the tapes and the craigslist add and he will leave voluntarily. Jimmy I know it will be painul seeing guys fuk and blow each other but it is the only way to approach this.
