Money lost gambling in a lifetime?...how much-?

Stocks aren't included--I had a penny stock in which I turned $3,000 into $213,000 and didn't sell it--was new to trading(I could've easily made over a million)----the stock froze(it stop actively trading and I was left with 0!---swear to god)(everytime the stock would go up a point,my balance would go up 17,500--it would go back and forth)


Gambling losses:at least $100,000(and that's being generous)

Well I just began this past October. So far im down around 3-4 thousand. I usually play $100 plays and shit. I remember starting out with $50 I ran the account to over $1000. Now I deposit $200 and cant even get to $1000. Gambling is the fuking Devil.

I'm down about $12K over the last 3 years. I took me that much to realize I have no business wagering on anything but baseball. The light went off last year during the first few weeks of football season when I lost over $2K. Bases only fellas.......

You don't have to lose over time when you bet. That's insane!
1st thing you must do is WRITE DOWN EVERY PLAY YOU MAKE!
Categorize them by sport and by year( season).
EVERY PLAY!
At the end of the season,review your plays ( NY 110-100,Wash 100-130)etc,etc.
Try to learn from your mistakes and realize that all the losses were not bad plays. Also learn from your wins and realize that all of your wins were not good plays. (hope you know what I mean). Identify the stupid plays and avoid them in the future if possible by learning from your previous mistakes. In football,if you can not remember a game that you played at seasons end, you are betting to many games.Because baskets and baseball involves so many games you should write a quick note to remind you of the play.At the end of every season after reviewing, you file the season away and condense the season into the categories they belong in, such as side,total,parlay,middle,if win,teasers,etc. and total it up. Save all the plays in a folder just in case you want to see them again.
After a couple of years or so you will identify your strengths and weaknesses .You probably do better in some sports than in others as well as types of plays. Eliminate the weaknesses and follow the strengths.
In the meantime,cut your bets in half.Save the 1/2money you are going to lose over the next year or so and put it in a place you will not touch.
Learn what the heck you need to do to cut out the losing and when you eliminate the bad areas( probably teasers, parlays, if bets, and most of all favorites),
increase your plays to 50% more than you currently play .Also realize that a "no play" is in order sometimes. Just because you go to the track does not mean you have to bet every race.
If you have the will to win and not the will to bet, you WILL win in time.But if bets and action are all you want,just cut your bets in 1/2 and do not waste your time on the other stuff because you will have no shot whatsoever to succeed.Your goal should be to win 100K starting today.The amount that is played will set the time frame.
Treat this as investing instead of betting and that's what it will become.And you already learned about investing years ago.Work for a profit ,not a killing.

Online, I'm up $4250. Deposited $250 at 5dimes way back in the day and lost with in a month, and have made $1500 from Legendz, $1700 from WagerChief and $1000 from BetPhoenix (Should have been more but I'm a ****ing idiot) and $300 from Wagerhub all off of SBR Free-plays/Contests, promotions or things I've heard about through SBR in the Wagerhub case. God I fukking love this site.

Non Online wagering, I really don't know how much I'm down.

I'd say I'm down about $500 from my middle school/high school days betting with my brother using poor bankroll management (like $50 a game with $200 to my name).
Probably lost a few hundred playing poker
I'd guess I've lost somewhere between $400-600 betting horses as well.

Another funny story here too, I used to hustle the hell outta my mom for lunch money to bet with. I told her I was getting my lunch out of a machine at school, so she'd give me ten bucks for the week every monday. That money was usually lost by Monday morning from the SNF game
