in the online casino version.....
if you have enough $.... you just use a delayed martingale as I call it...
bet your standards units and when you see that you've lost 5 hands in a row you martingale.... and if that turns into 8 hands without a pair/plus you put 1 unit more on the pair/plus mode on each hand.....
if you have enough to ride it out, you are reward handsomely
