The state is gonna go bankrupt, they are even talking about moving the movie industry out of LA to somewhere down in the southeast where the real growth is happening.

Other downers to moving to Cali is that the big earthquake will hit any moment and kill everybody near the coast, and its way too expensive when you can get everything and more in NYC or down southeast if you like the beach. People down south are much nicer than they are in california too. Move to the NC mountains JJ and you will be in heaven.
