You can contact the book all you want but they won't do anything for ya, they will just tell you that they do not handle any monies and that must be taken up with your agent, they are just a PPH that provides a website to put plays in.
I would just keep trying to call your agent n an attempt to collect your winnings. If he still isn't cooperative ask him to set up a payment plan. You can always go to the higher up, if you know who it is and tell him the situation that his agent is giving his business a bad name.
