Didn't have any money to buy my kid a new toy for his birthday. He was very upset but rent is heavy this time of year.
So ive been working hard on sbr forum to get enough points to buy a gift card. So I can buy my kid that toy. The smile on his face will be priceless.

Also my job consists of finding people work. Technical staffing and IT solutions! Gave someone a lead, he got the job and I felt great about it.

Canedawg your sentiments are admirable. Perhaps you should earmark the points you dispense to purchasing a charitable donation via the SBR store on behalf of the person who performed the good deed instead of giving them out direct. You will get taken advantage of less in this case and it continues to help the less fortunate.

Dawg, you're a good man. Following are some good deeds that I perform throughout the year:

* I volunteer at the local Soup Kitchen once every two months.

* My business donates $2500 worth of printing and food to the Humane Society.

Also, my fiance' and I walk the dogs whenever we have the opportunity.

* I visit my great aunt and her friends at the assisted living center at least once a month to play cards and other games.

* I go over to my parents house to:

-mow their lawn
-do all of their yardwork and landscaping
-take care of their pool
-shovel their driveway
-anything else I can help them out with

I don't do anything special, but after two tours in the sandbox (no never saw or heard from Osama) I get the chance to work with military personnel everyday and it's an awesome job. When you get to help Vets and their families it's all good.
