The dude owed her 25k and he was considering ratting on her, so he pays her 1k, she reopens his account, he hits a 7 team parley and is now owed 20k.

Yeah that's the stupidest thing ive ever heard. He owes 25 grand, has no way to pay it, but pays a thousand and then gets to keep betting? What?
