wow going to have to put my dog to sleep Monday

My dog is almost 15yrs old. Last week she started throwing up and would not eat. She finally started eating a few days afterwards just chicken only. Took her to the vet on Friday. He has been the family vet for years. He said the best thing is to put her to sleep. He was going to do it on Friday. I decided to put it off until Monday, he said she would be ok until then. She has been drinking lots of water and has not taken a crap since Wed, I have been trying to get her outside as much as possible. Boy I keep trying to find a reason to delay this. I noticed today when I went to bring her outside she peed on the couch, I have been taking her out about every other hour. I spent the weekend with her. I realized this is the best for her so she does not have to suffer anymore. Boy this has been the toughest decision I have had to made,it sucks...
