And in cr, if you get into an accident, you're not allowed to move your car whatsoever. Even if it's 5pm in rush-hour traffic, and you've blocked traffic, you still can't move your car. Then you have wait for both transito and INS (seguros) to arrive. But no, you can't sue another driver here, either. I've never been in an accident here, but the one time a friend of mine did, he just paid the other guy some money to get his bumper fixed, rather than wait the hour for cops to arrive.

Close. Every year at Christmas, I volunteer to help deliver food and presents to communities like this, and while the shacks are muy pobre, they all have electricity (stolen), and I saw several TVs as well.
