I mean games start at 7:30 Eastern, and 4:30 Pacific, going to sleep at like 12 to watch some MLB games and waking up at 7:15 to get in bets isn't a lot of sleep.
And that's assuming you sleep straight through the night and fall asleep real fast. Less than 7 hours of sleep maybe per night lately, that's not healthy.
I usually wake up around 8:30, halftime of first game an go to sleep b/t 12-1 and get about 7 and a half or 8 hours a sleep during this stage of world cup
