I actually this this was a legit move, since ALL books moved from 19.5 to 9.5. I guess the big question is...WHY?

Pinny opened 19.5, all the other books copied this huge, high profile game.

      Line should have been 9.

Yes, but Pinny had the 19.5 up for over half an hour, and the line moves were 19.5/19/18.5/9.5

If the 19.5 was a mistake, A) it would have been caught sooner, and B) it would have been corrected immediately without the two interim moves.

        Correct?

Small game with not much action is why it wasn't caught. In fact I think they had the wrong team favored at first.

OK, but that doesn't explain the two moves before going to 9.5.

Bets came in on +19.5 and then automated moves occurred, 19 then 18.5, until they figured out the mistake.

Interesting to see if they void these, traditionally palping relies on comparables..

If anyone got it (or knows somebody) I'm curious to see the decision.

It is an interesting question. There was a time when 1/2 the good books were at 9 and another 1/2 at 19 with the cloned line.

I can't see any book honoring the 19.5 but the volume on that game was so low that it wouldn't kill a book to pay out.

Also, I do agree that it doesn't meet the "bad line" definition.

Really? How did that work out? IE, where were the top books vs the scam books.

I'm sure pinnacle gave their clients the option of taking it and getting booted or not.

Anyway that would take it is dumb as can be. I'd give up a leg for my pinnacle account.

I agree with you and like the way that Pinny deals with these situations.

Both good and bad books were split 50/50 at one time between 9 and 19.
