Ok so we lost a football game vs Bama. Congrats to Bama.
But the greatest quarterback in Texas history wasn't playing. Don't say that doesn't matter, QB is the most important position on the field; without it you have zero chance.
And it was still a close game even with a freshman QB.

Honey, it wasn't as close you think. Sorry. The Bama D had been preparing for McCoy for weeks. His presence wouldn't have made a difference. Besides, injuries are part of the game. You can't use those as an excuse. Bama's QB was playing with 2 broken ribs.
Now, no one denies Texas has a great athlete department. But all I have seen in all this expansion mess is that they think a lot of themselves. I think its good for them to stay in the Big 12 or whatever they will call it now since they don't have 12 teams. They get to stay the big fish in their little pond.

True. But the game was extremely close despite the score. 24-21 with 6 minutes left. Then Bama made it 31-21. And at the end, instead of taking the knee they scored to make it 37-21. So the game was close IMO.
And BTW Trent Richardson is better than Ingram. Richardson is a beast. Can't wait to see him in the NFL.
