Glad someone noticed. If we are going to gamble on this let's break it down just like any real game. Those 3 points are very valid and very true when it comes to the justice system here in America. Now if this was indeed a real picture of her snatch, then we are probably talking jail time. But since this is photoshopped how much can they really do? Being queer, rich, and a celebrity will most likely get him outta this. But my only concern is what if they pull some dumb shit and sentence him to like 5 days or something (not uncommon for these showbiz folks) and he walks in like 2.5 days. It could happen, but I doubt it.
