Tough spot, desolate basically. Costs a mill to upkeep a year. Place was banged up too. It is possible to sell for more, was on the market for 30 mil at one point and the city shot down the offer.

This is why it is a bad area, when I say shit, its ghettos, burned down houses, lots of uneducated animals. The other side is very nice, money, etc...
