In theory, National teams are supposed to be a lot stronger than league clubs. I'm not saying the level of play in the WC has been bad, I'm just wondering. National Teams are the best players of of one country. But league clubs can be great players from any country.

I actually think the chemistry of league clubs allows for a better game. Im' talking about the TOP ones like barca, man U etc..

i think man u plays a better game than portugal for sure.

I would think that tons of the teams in europe, especially the premier league would beat all but the top 3-5 WC teams...

those teams are a collection of some of the best players from all the different countries....

hmm, so WC isn't really the best of the best and highest level of soccer. it seems that champions league is.

they should have a World champions league, with clubs from all over the world in a tournament. i think they have one now, but it's small (only 5 or 6 teams), not broadcasted globally, and not advertised.
