Matchbook No Longer Has Telephone Support
I have no idea why they would do this. they list a phone number on their site (1 877 586 9477)
but that is only to cancel open offers. this site is really going down hill.

i had a question about depositing using bank wire, i had to wait 3 hours to contact someone there. live chat was down, so i emailed them, and finally the guy called me back on my cell.

if i ever have a problem at bookmaker i call them up and get a live person right away. imagine trying to handle a dispute using e-mail? it would take fukkin forever.

they are a great book but their customer service sucks.

Their customer service line is up. 1-877-586-9477.

You can use this # for any inquiry - earlier in the day it was going straight to a voicemail box for some reason.

matchbook's software is great, especially the live betting feature on TV's games. they just need to invest more resources (staff, money) into customer support.

In a third world country it would take minimum a year to train someone at the salary you would be willing to pay to be competent towards gringos
Native Ticos,Panamanians and Curacos move at a far diffrent pace than Americans/Canadians/Europeans
So why even bother it's a waste of time and money
Doesn't make it right but you don't like the service go online and sign up for Harrahs or MGM Grands online sportsbook...oh yea that right you can't

minet you make a good point except that matchbook is based in London. they are many educated and well-mannered people living and working there. far from a 3rd world country

Have you been to London recently....
                  But seriously
Than they can't afford to hire people and charge 2%
look at betfair and what their commission is
As i have said in other threads
It's sad that matchbook complete lack of marketing, other than word of mouth and one banner at ken's (I think at most they had 3-here,Ken's and Wil's) has made them the domain of forum posters ONLY
When they could have been so much more

i agree their marketing is rather poor. they need someone to take over them like that russian owner bought the nets. guy is a billionaire and brought instant change to the company. matchbook needs some strong influence like that
