    Dimeline/Futurebet Information
About three months ago Futurebet decided to stop paying Dimeline's players. Futurebet was taking deposits but not paying players. Futurebet was stealing deposits all the way up until about one-month ago.

When this happened Dimeline decided to pay players out of pocket which was hard to do because most of the players affected by this were bigger players who hold higher balances. Most of these players were outside the USA and had deposited using Neteller and Money Bookers yet Futurebet was not paying the players back with the same method. In fact they were not paying players at all.

This left Dimeline stuck with all player balances while Futurbet stole over thousands of dollars in player deposits, and rolling reserves which were in Neteller and Money Bookers. Dimeline is now paying out of pocket and will have 100% of our players paid by December 1, 2007. After December 1, 2007 we will be able to pay players on time as quoted on our website.

Dimeline now uses independent servers, financial outlets as well as Customer support. We are also planning on joining the Micro Gaming Poker Network in the upcoming months.

We are very excited to get out from the FB umbrella as it has been a horrible experience for all involved. I hope this clears up the Dimeline/Futurebet issue. If any of you have any other questions feel free to ask me directly dimelinesportsbook@gmail.com.

Players may now deposit using Credit/Debit Cards, Echecks, Money Gram, Western Union and Bank Wires. Players may withdrawal using Check, Western Union and Money Gram.

This still gives no explanation why you haven't responded on any of my 10 emails that I sent during September/October period. They all were sent to the same email as you are reporting here now!
And why my withdrawal was "in the air" for almost 2 months, to be returned in my Dimeline account after this period (why not simply processed?).

Can you please comment on those 2 things?

      GLopez is correct DimelineSports.

Your running a business here, and you don't even have the common courtesy to return Emails.

From a new customers standpoint how do you expect anyone to play there when you don't care about your current client base you already have? Maybe it's just me, but I know I sure wouldn't want to play at a book that treats people in this type of manor.

Just because Futurebet is a piece of shit doesn't mean you can blame all your problems on them. It's Futurebet's fault because no emails were answered?

I'm glad I never opened an account with you.

Dimelinesports, FB are vultures, everyone knows that. My question to you is, didn't you claim in the past that you did not rely on FB for processing? That your cashier was independant of FB? Why should anyone believe anything you say?

Dimelinesports - why are you holding us to ransom with the additional 1 x rollover before the withdrawal – this is totally unacceptable... I have done all the rollover required as per your rules on my deposits... is this not another delay tactic?

I have been waiting for my $2000 withdrawal for 10 weeks now and I have another $4000 in the account - please pay your customers - how are you going to survive if you get a reputation of non-payer – if you want to divorce yourself from the Futurebet kind of disrepute – the first think you should do is pay all your customers and you will see how your business turns around in no time.

" will have 100% of our players paid by December 1, 2007."

You just have about two weeks to go before you get your money!!!!
