maybe 1 or 2 yellow cards that should not have been, but other than that, refs have been perfect

they missed a hand ball on an English defender yesterday. The un-intentional hand ball is such a bad rule. If it hits any part of the arm, it's a hand ball. That leaves the ref in a bad spot.

but inside the box, un-intentional is not worth of a PK

That will just had ruined the game, I know you want USA to win badly, but if better if they win outright than if the game is given to them by a un-intentional hand ball

The ref today was 50 yards away when he called the handball. The defender jumped in the air with his arms stretched and missed the header then the ball landed on his out-stretched arm. The rule says it is a handball even though it was unintentional.
Basically when your hand is not close to your body and is out-stretched it doesn't matter if it's unintentional or not. It's always a free kick or a penalty kick.
