Who do i see about SBR Sportsbook shady misgrade?

We had an internal error yesterday on this game. The system caught a pitching change on the wrong game and it couldn't be reverted. Any wager with listed pitchers was canceled and refunded. We are confident that was an isolated case we are not expecting this to happen again.

He got the points back as any listed wager was refunded, but didn't saw action to win it.

Was the player notified by email that his wager was no action before the event started? If the wager should have had action "but for" a technical error on SBR's side, the player has a gripe.

Fill out a complaint. This looks like a slam-dunk case.

happened to me also I had Boston -1.5 +130 just wasn't right as SBR, wasn't right
