Anyone Think OJ Will Get A New Trial....

to get his conviction overturned and get him a
new trial...

They say an all white jury wasnt appropriate in the case....

They say the judge was prejudiced against the defense team....
and that this was " payback " for his murder acquittal

I hope this scumbag doesnt get off AGAIN....

Gotta think the legal system has him where they want him ....
and will keep him there...........

Wasn't he found guilty of kidnapping? Doesn't that charge usually result in harsh sentences?

I'm not saying the sentence fit the actual actions but I'm wondering if the sentence fit the sentencing guidelines for the crime.

basically they got him on a technicality for the charge, i really doubt they would have charged your average dumbazz joe with a kidnapping charge in this type of case.

I can't remember the exact details but back when they were televising it I remember thinking that the justice system was clearly getting back at him. I don't like the guy and he probably got away with murder, but the justice system should be above petty revenge and retribution in my opinion.

I heard that the judge said that the verdict wasn't because of his murder acquittal during her verdict speech. I think if the murder acquittal did factor in, I get the impression that this past judge went out of her way to cross her t's and dot her i's to make it unlikely the case would be overturned.

are u kidding me.didnt the attorneys have an oppurtunity to pick the jury before the trial..no matter what they do oj is a ****ing joke and a compulsive convict so even if somehow he would get off,he would be back in there again becasue hes got to be the dumbest guy i know,,,he got what he deserved...he got off on one murder but he wasnt happy with that so **** oj
