I'd be ecstatic if my son wants to play soccer!! No sitting in a dugout or outfield for ages doing sweet piss all, not much chance of getting flattened by a tub of lard on the football field, and he's white, so there kind of goes all hope of a future in the NBA. Soccer and tennis all the way!!

You misspoke in a previous forum and I was trying to make sure it was a typo instead of a misinterpretation of the phrase.
For instance, my youngest son who is well in his 20s thought for years until recently that it was the babe bridge (after the babe, being from Md.)instead of the Bay bridge.

i played baseball , soccer and hockey growing up and baseball is the worst to play- no fitness required at all. so many fat fukk kids playing bases.
