How hard is it to run a book properly?
Every book does some things better than others. Is it that difficult to take the best of each book and combine it into one? Let's start with the A+ which overall there isn't too much to complain about, but are rare if you think about how many hundreds of books there are.

Pinnie: all you can really complain about is their unwelcome mat for Americans
    Cris/Greek/Legendz: Juice

Matchbook: so many stupid things they do that could easily be fixed (static baseball totals, simple shit like changing the software to make a sound when an offer is accepted, etc.)

Rebatewager: Crappy limits, good or bad deposit/withdrawal options depending on your point of view

B+ books or below: payout issues mostly, crappy lines (good for the bettor, foolish on their part).

In the real business world, being this unwilling to adapt and make constant efforts to improve spells your doom.

I think you'd need a lot of capital to run a really good book. That and high quality employees that have been in the business for decades.
