I wonder how Trevor Ariza feels about the Lakers being in the Finals again.

Guy turned down the same $3 million that the Lakers offered him he's watching
his former team win another championship while he and the Rockets can only watch.

I bet he doesn't care at all... all he would have been is a role player.. and now he is a focal point of the rockets... he will be setting himself up for buku bucks next contract...something that he couldn't have done in LA
and... he is making 6 mil in Houston... not 3.

They still miss him a lot though Artest is not anywhere near the player he is.

Profane, if Ariza played for the Lakers he would be starting like he did last year. The Lakers would not have Artest.
And most of the athletes in the NBA could care less about winning its all about the money. He is living a dream life right now this minute, you think he cares about basketball?

Guys need to have some selfishness or the NBA would be a joke with a Dream Team full of the best players playing together for 4 million a year.

Ariza is a good player they could have kept him if they sold a few more jerseys.

theres a difference between starting for LA and starting for HOU.. a lot more shots for him in houston... thats what these guys care about.. money...and shots/stats. He got double the money, and shots in Houston.
Ariza averaged 7 shot attempts a game 2 seasons ago in LA
He averaged 14 a game for Houston this past year
