Looking for UK Partner

I have an excellent betting system that I would like to put into action, but need a non US citizen as a partner - Preferably UK based. I need someone who is honest and trustworthy as a mutual trust will need to be established. I will offer GBP 350 per week regardless of the systems success and all I need is this person to open an account at a specific site and process deposits and withdrawls at most once per week. It really is a very good opportunity and I am not any kind of scam artist as I make plenty of money for my family at my day job. However finding betting systems / arbing has been a hobby of mine for many years. I have been testing the system for several months and tracking it in spreadsheets and it is excellent. The only downside i see is that it may be short lived if I get collared.
Ideal candidate will be someone who has a lifetime negative balance with Will Hill OR has never had a Will Hill account and lives close to a Will Hill shop.
