Anyone good at computer tech?

I have 2 problems.

1. Some thread i cannot open on this forum, and its only a handful. Cannot figure out why they wont open.

2. Hooked up my laptop to my tv today to watch a movie. On the tv part of the sides are cut off as if its zoomed in.....Only on the tv though.

Hope someone can help me out.

1.) What threads won't open? Sometimes SBR can run a little slow. Maybe it's a problem on your end. Try a different browser.

2.) What type of movie? Like a DVD or a torrent file?

1. depends on what happens when the pages won't open. (what message do you get)
2. Might want to try setting computer to a different resolution before hooking it up to tv.(like 1024x768)

1. Im not getting any type of error message. Im using firefox most updated version and on the bottom left corner it will say.....waiting for forum.sbr.forum, then just says done. and thats it. No error message, nothing

Try sbr on Google chrome and report back here too me please.
