Their Customer Service is far superior to any other book, none can even come close. Lines are great, no hassle payouts, anything you need you will get. I have never been told "No" from them. I will add this about Heritage-I received an e-mail after a request to join. It was about 3 weeks or so after my request- I called them shortly thereafter, and spoke to a person named John. He was very direct and to the point-courteous and respectful. He reminded me of my outstanding treatment from Scott and Herman at BET-JAM. MY 2 CENTS.
