Im taking phillies and cardinals tommorrow and 5 -69 in my last picks and yes most of those are selections from SBR experts

I officially have no money on any poker site or sportsbook now. I don't know what to do. I'll do it again and if i have to steal to make money on the celtics game tommorrow even if it is 20 bucks i will do it.

twarrior: I promise you that this will work.I've been through so much.I know exactly how awful that you feel.
1. Stop putting yourself down(at least you can admit that you have the problem)
2.Disable any casino access to any sportsbook or SBR casino (you ask them to disable it and they will)
3.Forget about money temporarily. SBR gives you 7 points plus blogging points each day(you don't have to blog)You're talking about a lot of money. When you only play with the points,it will get the desire to gamble money out of your system because you can win things with the points.(there's still incentive)
4.Get in as many free contests as possible Streak for the Cash on ESPN and all of the various SBR contests.
5 Find as many poker freerolls as you can.This should keep you occupied.
Don't listen to anyone.Fight the bad feeling.Yesterday is yesterday.If I thought about all of the money that I've lost from "yesterday",it would crush my spirit.
I'm assuming you don't have cancer and you have a life to live.Don't give up on yourself.We're all works in progress.If I tell you all of the tragedies that I've been through,it would make your head spin.

You can call you online book and request to have the casino blocked form your access. My neighbor does the same shit all the time. Runs like 50-100 bucks up to 500-800 or so and then drops it in the casino in less than an hour. One time he dumped a lot of his roll playiing keno for christs sake.
