4 years ago the officiating was absolutely horrible and made the world cup almost un watchable for many fans like myself. The same teams, especially Italy are suspiciously rewarded with favorable calls while others never get a call going their way.
I only hope talent decides this year's winner rather than bribed referees. Otherwise I will be disappointed like 4 years ago.
