SIA....have they changed there ways compared to 3 years ago? I see they have been upgraded to a B. Is it safe and pay hassle free compared to the Costa Rica books?

They are safe, however, I would never describe SIA as "hassle free".
While they take bets 7 days a week, the important staff do not work weekends (payouts/management).
