As you can see, I was cutoff, so never clearly recieved a definitive answer on the definition of how they are "slowly" moving away from a dimeline for bases.

I can only speculate and say that they eventually want to phase out everyone that is currently recieving a 10 cent line.........if so, that begs the question of why do they even start U.S. customers off with 10 cent lines???

When I mentioned that we are slowly moving away from 10 cent lines, was very basic and understandable. We will eventually not have anymore 10 cent lines.

Some customers will have the privilege to keep the line as it is, others will simply be moved to a 20 cent line.

There is no specific or detailed investigation for this, it really is that simple.

Now if you have an account with us and you are not getting anymore 10 cent lines, then let me know and I can expose here the reasons for it.
