how do you assess a tech on a fan? does he get ejected from the arena if it happens?

would any ref have the balls to assess a tech on jack? no way.

fans can get techs.... just gets charged to the team...

but it usually only happens in college hoops

yeah i've seen it in college hoops, but never seen it happen in the nba.

why hasn't some idiot fan worn the opposing teams jersey and gotten himself t-ed up? seems like it could work.
