just dont buy anything too expensive. I bought one used about 4 years ago, I have no idea how old it is, but it is just as good as the most expensive. Its walking in place, dont over complicate it!

I cant even remember what brand mine is as I never look at that, its in the workout room & dont wanna go look LoL! It has about a 20 degree incline, & has the little computer that tells you how far you've walked, a timer, mph, & calories burned. Unless you just feel like wasting some money or trying to impress someone with a fukin treadmill, thats all you need

I would simply recommend one with long handle bars. That way you can hang jackets and coats on it after about the first 2 weeks.

just get a cheap one, thats all. They are great to have, but no need to pay alot.

For working out, your best $100 investment is an AbLounge

Not true Profit. I can assure you my abs have been in a lounge for about twenty years and that hundred dollar investment you speak of is recurring. Every time I eat out it costs me a C-Note and my abs have migrated to my lower back.

You would be better off going to the gym with that money.

Just go to the gym and see what brands they have. Find out one that has a 300 lb guy on it running hard. If it doesn't fall apart or making any squealing sounds then I would buy that brand.

Here's maybe a start http://www.treadmilltips.com/best-buy-treadmills.html The wife has been through a few during the years and now she goes to they gym, 1st few months they are very quiet, after that it's like being in a factory with F'n machines running. Finally told her this is BS 'cause i cant even hear the game in the other room.

The gym also makes you work out once you are there, key is getting there.

                        I disagree.

I have a treadmill, a weight bench, an AbLounge, and some other free weights. I may have $300 invested in it all and I can work out when I want for as long as I want in the privacy of my own home & get just as good a workout. Fuk a gym!
