Archie, this is a time tested and proven classic strategy. Let us know how it goes. Maybe take initial volume measurements after the usual daily rub and then record the post abstinence volume so we can appreciate the difference. Assuming water intake remains steady and is not a factor, each day of abstinence tends to add 36% volume in my experience.
