Dan Marino or John Elway on your team?

People are going to say Elway.I disagree.Elway's 2 championships were due to Terrell Davis.Dan Marino's pure passing ability and respect that he demanded on the field from his players was awesome.Marino NEVER HAD A RUNNING BACK.Tony Nathan? Give me a break.Marino had a great connection with Mark Clayton and Mark Duper.Granted,Elway was the comeback king(best in the game) and a great athlete but Marino was a multiple sport player also.

The numbers that Marino compiled and the way that he did it are amazing.It sucks that he didn't get back to the super bowl but Dan Marino is better than John Elway by a small margain in my opinion

Both great, but I grew an Elway fan. The comeback element you're talking about made him the best IMO. The Broncs were never out of it

mobility is a very good point but Marino had less support and he's just more of a pure passer

Dan Marino had more 4th quater/overtime comeback wins than Elway. Marino had 36, Elway had 34. Brett Favre has 42. Maybe Favre is the comeback King.

Uh yea, you might have to ask your dad or try googling the undeafted season coach don shula. They had some good defenses. I think Marino went to 1 superbowl against the 49'ers. That season they also had a good defense.

One more thing about Elway, he was a mudder unlike fair weather superstar Marino.
