Durito is living in one of the nicest places to live in the World. One day, when I am done with my current life I am going to sell my properties and business and will be in Durito's area, hopefully soon. He is living exactly where I want to one day. God Bless Durito!

I own two Group Homes that house adults with disabilities. I am in the process of opening a third that will house Teens that were abused, but that license is turning into a headache but in the end will be worth it.

Very cool. Southern California is the best. I would love to live there. How could you ever want to leave? It got down to -19 without wind chill in these parts one day last year. It hurt to walk to my car. I think it was 87 that day in SoCal.

Where I live is probably the best Weather in the Country let alone in California. I wear a t shirt and shorts all year round. I have friends here that have never seen snow. I can count on 1 hand the # of days that it rains here. I am talking down the road, one day. I am going to call it a day and move to a different Country. I could do it now but I still enjoy what I do and probably have another 10-20 years doing it.. Unless I get real burned out.
