Most books these days use third party processors and these will still allow transactions.


I send payments to 2 books today and they went through as usual. The only difference was that the book would only process $500 a time where they used to process up to $1500 at a time over the phone.

I should say that the 2 books that I tried were huge books. Maybe some of the smaller books might not have 3rd party processors at this time.

Mainly this law was geared towards Poker sites

I'm scared to use it. I don't want to win and then have ******** decline the charge. Don't they just put a "hold" on the card for the initial charge and then process it a day or 2 later?

I'd hate to win and then have the charge reverse and lose all my winnings.

They put the hold on it for 3 days mainly for restaurant puposes.

It allows for the business to change the amount a little bit within that 3 day period. ******** wont cancel anything after it passes their first threshold in my opinion

yeah.. there are many ways to reup and always will be..many books give select customers extra ways you seldom see on forums..like the 5 dimes swipe card we had at home the past few years (it is no longer working so I`ll mention it)..it was like a mini atm at home eh fellas?
