you get the rebate when you lose your total cash balance and freeplay balance. just call them up and they will put it into your acccount or load it onto your ******** card. and the best deposit method is western unionComment -
had a question about this too. so say you dep 1k, lose it all and you get 500 back. so you leave that 500 in there and deposit another 1k thus putting your total at 1500. do you then have to lose all that 1500 to get another rebate ? or just the extra one k you deposited again?Comment -

it is a smarter idea to sign up for **** ******** pre-paid re-loadable debit card. this way lucia will put your rebate on that card and it is as good as cash. use the card to make purchases in store, online, etc.
better to have cash in hand than the rebate money sitting in your RW Balance.
