Actually, its already June 1, 2010 in the eastern timezone.

I'm in Canada (a free country) and I can play at Pinnacle.

I just can't get an email to them.

If you visit Canada in the next year or two getting this done will take a couple hours of your time.

You could open a bank account in Canada and have moneybookers withdrawals sent there then use the atm card to withdraw cash in the USA.

Yeah, he would have to use a Canadian IP address. That wouldn't be too difficult.
