Guys, a good word for BetPhoenix

I've seen a few guys here give BetPhoenix a hard time, but I have nothing but good things to say about them and think they deserve some public props.

I've always had great customer service with them, and got it again today. I requested a payout early this morning and it was ready for me via monegram tonight. They have great lines, as good of customer service as you'll ever get, and they just proved to me they'll pay me. That's really all I can ask of an offshore book.

It would obviously be nice if they did transfers with the other A+ books, but that's all I can find to throw stones about. Other than that, this book has been very generous and good to me and I have no complaints. Them and BetJamaica are by far the two books I use the most.

I keep hearing about these same day payouts but with them (and wagerchief) I have to hassle them to get "approved by management" and it always ends up taking 5 days or so. If I don't follow up at least once a day even longer. FWIW these are 3 digit cash outs and my monthly free moneygram
